Super Duplex Steel S32750 Fasteners contain approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen, offering a balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite. This composition provides twice the strength of standard austenitic stainless steels and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and chloride-induced corrosion. They have a tensile strength of around 800–900 MPa and yield strength near 550 MPa. These fasteners also exhibit excellent impact toughness, fatigue resistance, and thermal stability, making them ideal for use in extreme temperature and pressure conditions while maintaining long-term structural integrity.
