Table of Contents

Hastelloy Screws are primarily composed of nickel (55–65%), molybdenum (15–30%), and chromium (12–23%), with trace elements such as iron, tungsten, cobalt, and manganese to improve strength and corrosion resistance. They provide an exceptional tensile strength up to 790 MPa and yield strength around 355 MPa, while maintaining ductility and toughness at elevated temperatures. The alloy offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making Hastelloy Screws the ideal choice for use in harsh chemical or marine environments where performance and longevity are critical.
